ABOUT US

Founded in 2016 by Iftikhar and Jenny Ahmed, New York Muslim Jewish Community Help Center has made a tremendous impact thanks to the members and volunteers in the New York 

community. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in. What started as a dream of providing school supplies and winter coats to Muslim and Jewish children has now blossomed to a major food bank in four New York City counties. The Help Center is in the process of opening The L'Chaim Free Medical Clinic that was organized by Jenny Ahmed, MPH, BSNm RN in those same counties. No one will be denied based on their ability to pay.

Since our founding in 2016, New York Muslim Jewish Community Help Center Inc. has been dedicated to serving the needs of our community with compassion and unwavering support. We have been privileged to help our neighbors by providing essential services such as food pantries, clothing drives, and other critical resources to those in need. Our commitment goes beyond simply meeting basic needs; we strive to uplift and empower individuals and families, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
